Target Alpha’s Stock Pitch Competition (SPC) is designed for high school students across Canada with minimal investing experience to introduce them to the basics of finance. Competitors will use qualitative research, financial statement analysis, and basic financial ratios. In teams of 1-4, participants will have 10 minutes to pitch, consisting of a 7-minute presentation period and a 3-minute question period. This year, all participants will pitch the Magna International Inc. stock.

Since our inception in 2013, Target Alpha has grown to become Canada’s leading student financial literacy organization. We aim to engage youth in financial literacy by hosting conferences, competitions, and providing educational resources to chapters across the country.
